About Carriers and Shipping Methods

Domestic shipping is handled by Yamato Transport, while international shipping uses International Air Packet, EMS, and DHL Express.

Available shipping methods vary depending on the destination country/region and the size and weight of the items. Some shipping methods may not be available for certain destinations. Please select your preferred shipping method from those displayed at checkout.

International Air Packet

An international shipping service that is relatively low cost. It supports tracking services. Delivery may take longer compared to EMS or DHL, but it is suitable when you want to keep shipping costs down.

EMS (Express Mail Service)

A trackable international postal service. It is relatively faster than International Air Packet and provides stable delivery services in many countries and regions. Suitable when you prioritize a balance between delivery speed and shipping cost.

DHL Express

A trackable international courier service. Generally the fastest delivery method, but shipping costs may be higher than other methods. Recommended if you are in a hurry.

Shipping Time

Usually, we ship within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

However, shipping or delivery may be delayed due to stock status, busy seasons, weather, traffic conditions, international situations, customs procedures, or other unavoidable circumstances. We cannot guarantee the shipping or arrival date.

Domestic Delivery (Yamato Transport)

  • Takkyubin: Trackable, supports specified delivery date and time
  • Compensation is in accordance with Yamato Transport's regulations
  • If the package is returned due to incorrect address, long-term absence, refusal to receive, etc., the shipping cost for reshipment will be borne by the customer.

About international shipping

For international shipping, the shipping method will be selected by the customer at the time of order.

  • We are not responsible for delays during shipping, holds at customs, or delays caused by local delivery companies.
  • VAT (value-added tax), customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are all the responsibility of the customer.
  • These fees may be charged directly by the shipping carrier or customs.
  • Delivery may not be possible due to laws or import regulations of the destination country.

In cases of refusal of receipt, unpaid customs duties or import taxes, long-term absence, incorrect address, undeliverable shipments, or returns due to customer reasons, we may refund the amount after deducting the shipping cost at the time of dispatch, return shipping fees, customs-related expenses, and other actual costs incurred by our store, or we may refuse the refund.

Regarding the delivery address

If the delivery address is incomplete or inaccurate, delivery delays, returns, or undeliverable shipments may occur.

We are not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or returns caused by errors in the entered information. If reshipment is necessary, additional shipping fees will be charged.

Regarding delivery delays, loss, or damage

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier are not covered by compensation.
  • In the event of loss or damage, compensation will be handled according to the shipping carrier's compensation policies.
  • Whether compensation is provided and the amount of compensation are determined at the discretion of the shipping carrier.

About Packaging

To consider the environment, items may be shipped with minimal packaging.

We cannot accommodate requests for specific packaging methods.
