Required fees other than the product price: Shipping costs, payment fees, customs duties, import taxes, etc. (if applicable). Shipping costs vary depending on the region and delivery method. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged directly by the delivery company or the relevant authorities.

Product delivery time: We usually ship within 2-5 business days after your order is confirmed. However, there may be delays depending on inventory status, busy periods, weather, international situations, customs procedures, etc.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
・We will only accept returns for unused and unopened items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Returns cannot be accepted without prior notice.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and cash on delivery returns will not be accepted.
- Custom-made, custom-made, and personalized products cannot be returned for any reason.
- Products shipped overseas cannot be returned unless there is a valid reason such as damage or incorrect delivery.
- Color, texture, and individual differences in the product are not defects.
- In principle, cancellations due to customer reasons are not permitted after an order has been confirmed.
Return period: Returns are not accepted within 7 days of receiving the product. Items cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, have tags missing, are missing accessories, or have damaged packaging.
Refund Policy: After the return is approved, we will check the product's condition and refund it only if it is deemed possible. The refund amount will be the product price minus a 10% restocking fee, and shipping fees, customs duties, consumption tax, payment fees, etc. will not be refunded.
Cooling-off period: The cooling-off period does not apply to mail order sales. Order cancellations and returns due to customer convenience will only be handled in accordance with our return policy.
Special notes for international shipping:
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or customs hold during overseas shipping.
- All customs duties, VAT and import taxes incurred during customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item is returned due to refusal to accept delivery or unpaid tax, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs and handling fees.
Special notes for made-to-order and custom products:
- Cancellations are not permitted once production has begun, regardless of the reason.
- Defective finishes caused by incomplete data provided by the customer are not covered by the warranty.
- Minor individual differences, color differences, and differences in edge processing that occur during the manufacturing process are considered to be within the scope of specifications and will not be treated as defects.
