Orders from overseas can also be processed with major international brand cards.
About Shipping
Domestic Delivery in Japan: We will deliver via Yamato Transport.
International Delivery: We will ship via DHL or EMS (International Express Mail). You can choose either option.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country or region, so please check the delivery status with the tracking number we will send you after shipping.
International Shipping and Customs Duties
When delivering to overseas locations, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country.
These costs will be the responsibility of the recipient, so please be aware of this in advance.
In the event that the package is returned to our store due to non-payment of customs duties, the product price and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Additionally, the return shipping cost will be borne by the purchaser.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in customs inspection, local delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept the package.
Payments made with overseas-issued cards may be affected by exchange rate fluctuations, and we cannot compensate for any exchange rate differences at the time of refund.
Regarding Shipping Timing
The products you ordered will be shipped within 3 business days, excluding custom-made items. If you wish for gift wrapping, it may take an additional 4 business days.
*Business days are weekdays excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Regarding Returns and Exchanges
We ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of initial defects or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will respond promptly.
Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience are only possible if the item is unopened and unused (shipping costs will be borne by you).
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
